Just like that, we’ve hit Incoductic’s dirty thirty. Joshua is back in proper form after a sudden outbreak of busy happened upon him and he had to step away from the mic and into the real world for a hot second. Joining him this week is his brother and fellow gamer, James B. Boss. Check out the sibling geek fest as they discuss Free Comic Book Day, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, gear up for the release of Godzilla, the upcoming Big Wow Comic Fest and cower and wince at how these two could not be mistaken for ANYTHING other than brothers. Also, feel free to marvel at James’ impression of Bane. Seriously, it’s pretty good.
Guess who’s birthday it is… er at least two days ago it WAS. Super-short episode for everyone this week, as Joshua’s had a bit of a busy weekend with the birthday goings on and general hustle and bustle of the weekend. As a result, there’s no guest, no format and and no editing this week, so it’s KIND of a Gone Wild Incoductic episode. However, there IS a lot of gushing, giving a rundown on the awesome gifts his amazing fianceé got him and asking attempting by Joshua to get his birthday present crowd funded so he can Killer Instinct his face off. Spoiler, it’s an Xbox One he’s asking for. At any rate, enjoy Episode 29!
What’s f#$%ing good, everyone? Welcome to the first installment of our much touted program, Gone Wild Incoductic, or GWI for short. These episodes offer a lot less flow, minimal editing and complete shoot emotions and opinions from everyone involved. Likely, these will also inherently be recordings at or of events, so stay tuned for that. On this debut volume, Joshua and company discuss the outcome of the sports entertainment world’s Super Bowl, none other than Wrestlemania XXX. It’s an oblong-table discussion with many of his friends who were in attendance for their Wrestlemania party and we invite you to check it out… if you dare.
And of course, much love and condolences to the family of the Ultimate Warrior. To Warrior himself, you were truly one of the most larger than life characters ever to grace the squared circle and your influence and impact are felt all throughout the business. It was an honor to see you take your spot in the WWF Hall of Fame, a spot that is very well-deserved and we dedicate this episode and the hype brought to us all by Wrestlemania to you.
Black Desert, a new MMO that’s still in closed beta, is a gorgeous-looking game that I’ve just had the privilege to discover. Developed by Korean company Pearl Abyss, Black Desert will deliver a variety of experiences inside of its sandbox atmosphere including open-world combat, castle sieges, and real estate opportunities that will allow a limited amount of houses to be bought by players. The game itself looks beautiful and definitely “next-gen,” which becomes obvious in the latest character creation video. Continue reading Black Desert’s character creation is amazingly impressive!→
Happy Day, Skype Call Recorder lives again! To celebrate, we have blogger and fan of the show, Simpleek, joining Joshua for Episode.26. The duo chat about gaming, coming from common backgrounds, life in general and the why everyone LIKES the show, but isn’t IN LIKE with the show enough to leave some of them there communications on the Twitter. Also, with the restored function of Joshua’s Skype recorder, the door is very much open for guest hosts if anyone’s interested. Thanks always for listening!
The Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster has been released… and I don’t have it yet. Which is depressing considering that X is one of my favorite titles in the series (following VIII). Smooth McGroove, master of all things video games and Acapella music, released a new video showcasing Final Fantasy X’s Battle Theme. And of course it’s amazing.
